Australian Heritage Flag

This is a collection of flags of different national/cultural groups living in Australia. The flags with a * at the end of the title, i designed myself. It is pretty straight forward the majority of the flags I designed have their flag with a Australian symbol on it . The Australian-Scottish flag i borrowed off my friend John Vaughan.

Australia-New Zealand flag

This is flag that i designed is the flag of New Zealanders living in Australia. Since I myself am a New Zealander living in Australia i thought we should have a flag.  Did you know there are more New Zealanders living in Australia that the Population of Tasmania. In the top left quadrant is the Union Jack which symbolises the British Australians/New Zealanders. In the top right quadrant  is the Maori flag which represents the native peoples of New Zealand. In the bottom left quadrant is a kangaroo against the golden sun and red earth which represents the Aboriginal Peoples. I couldn't use the Aboriginal flag because that is copyrighted. In the bottom right quadrant is the southern cross which is a combination of the Australian and New Zealand versions. The Light blue cross symbolises the Tasman Sea which separates Australia and New Zealand.
